AA has resigned and this is the registration of a prospectus we did at the ROC. Probably his last one as a merchant banker. Below is a picture at his work station. And another of Z looking on enviously. Maybe I am projecting. Sigh. I missed his farewell party. Because I had tonsilitis. Just as well, or else I would be melancholic and cause a terrible scene. Now that would be tragic.
